I would roll over funds by various methods, occasionally poker but mostly blackjack and some slots mixed in. I would even regularly go out of my way to send e-mails to customer service letting them know how grateful I was to be able to play on Global during the pandemic because I was out of work like a lot of people were, they should be saved in my ZenDesk login. I re-read the terms and conditions as well as the global sweeps rules probably 10 times each in total, usually 2-3 times carefully after each revision to ALWAYS make sure I wasn't overlooking something and respecting the rules.
I never broke any rules, was always extremely polite to customer service and always went about my business quietly.
I have no reason to lie about this and no reason to abuse the system, I've been sending entries in for over a year without issue. I'm not sure if it's you personally or someone who works under you that initiated the bans yesterday, but it sounds like someone might be lying to you. Really glad you're here and I genuinely appreciate the response, but this simply cannot be true, because it literally just happened to me. I cannot comment on individual accounts, as you can appreciate, but as there has been a bit of discussion I will confirm one thing: a player submitting eligible postal entries (no matter how many) has never been the cause for a Global Poker account to be sanctioned.
